Reception / Hub
The reception area is the hub of BUREAU. All your needs can be met by visiting the reception area. Out staff are there to ensure you get the best service and to assist, manage and support your needs.

Open from 8.30am till 6.00pm, the manned "hub" will assist you in making the best use of the BUREAU services including meeting room hire, assistance with the centralised document production facilities (colour and black & white copier / printer / scanner).

Personalised secretarial and administrative assistance can also be offered including word processing, document preparation and data inputing.

Breakout area
The break out area has been designed for you as a place to relax and read or relax and chat. Unlimited beverages are included in any licence with BUREAU.

All major daily papers will be supplied along with monthly business periodicals. A stock of the latest business related books will also be available for hire for a small fee.

IT & Telecoms
We have invested heavily in the latest telecoms and communication equipment. Our infrastructure will remove any worries you may have as far as your communication requirements are concerned.

Serviced office members will receive a direct dial telephone number free of charge that will allow their customers to call them directly without the necessity of going through the central reception. If no one is in your office then you can simply switch over to voicemail.

Alternatively you may elect to route all calls through the reception to enhance your presence. This is an extra over cost and is charged on an "as and when" basis. The receptionist will answer the phone in your company name and then put the call through to you. If you are not in then the caller will be given the choice of being routed to your mobile phone, leaving a message on voice mail or leaving a message with the receptionist.

Simply plug in your computer and you will be able to receive email almost instantly.
